Terms of Service
Plain-language ground rules for Honey Bee IPTV. Skim them once — you'll know exactly what you're agreeing to before the first stream starts.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Honey Bee IPTV website at honeyebeeiptv.online and the live-TV streaming subscription offered through it. The moment you start a trial, register an account, or pay for a plan, you're confirming that you've read these Terms and accept them. If anything below isn't a fit, the cleanest option is to skip signup.
1. Agreeing to These Terms
Creating an account — trial or paid — means you accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy. If something here doesn't work for you, don't use the service.
2. What Honey Bee IPTV Is
Honey Bee IPTV is a paid streaming service that delivers live TV channels and on-demand video over the internet. We sell access on a subscription basis with these flavors:
- Monthly, quarterly, half-year, and annual billing cycles.
- 1-screen, 2-screen, and multi-screen tiers, depending on how many devices you stream from at once.
- A free 24-hour trial — one per new account.
Channel lineups, on-demand catalogs, and features can shift by region and may change as licensing arrangements come and go. We keep things steady where we can, but we can't lock the catalog in place forever.
3. Your Account
- You'll need a working email address to register.
- Your login details are yours to look after — anything that happens on your account is your responsibility.
- One subscription covers one household. Don't pass credentials to friends, relatives in other homes, or anyone outside your roof.
- You must be 18 or older (or the legal age of majority where you live) to subscribe.
4. Acceptable Use
Use the service the way a regular viewer would — for watching TV at home. Specifically:
- Stream on your own devices for personal, non-commercial viewing.
- Run the number of simultaneous streams your plan allows — no more.
5. What's Off-Limits
None of this is allowed:
- Sharing, reselling, or handing out your account or service access.
- Using bots, scripts, or any automated tooling to hit the service.
- Trying to step around region locks or any security measures we have in place.
- Recording, capturing, or saving our streams for redistribution.
- Using the service in a commercial setting (bars, gyms, offices, hotels) without our written permission.
- Hammering our servers in a way that degrades the service for other subscribers.
Cross any of those lines and we'll suspend the account on the spot, no refund.
6. Payments & Billing
- Prices are listed in USD. Local taxes may be added at checkout.
- Payments run through trusted third parties (Stripe, PayPal, or crypto). We don't keep your card numbers on our servers.
- Subscriptions auto-renew on the same date each cycle unless you cancel beforehand.
- You'll get a reminder email ahead of every renewal. If you don't want to keep going, cancel before that date — that part is on you.
7. Cancelling
Cancel any time. Send us a message on WhatsApp or use the contact form. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep watching until the period closes out.
8. Refunds
Refund details live in our Refund Policy. Short version: a 24-hour money-back guarantee applies to first-time purchases. Auto-renewals aren't refundable, so hit cancel ahead of the renewal date if you're on the fence.
9. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime and we work at it. Even so, we can't promise the picture will never freeze. We aren't on the hook for downtime caused by:
- Your home internet acting up.
- Planned or emergency maintenance on our side.
- Things outside our control (think upstream provider outages, natural events, etc.).
- Channel partners going dark or licensing deals shifting underneath us.
10. Intellectual Property
Every channel and on-demand title we deliver is owned by or licensed to its original rights holder. Honey Bee IPTV doesn't own the broadcast content itself. The site design, our code, the logo, and the brand name are ours, though — please don't copy them.
11. Liability Limits
To the fullest extent the law allows, Honey Bee IPTV isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages connected to your use of the service. If you ever do bring a claim against us under these Terms, the most we'd owe you is the amount you paid for your current subscription cycle.
12. Indemnification
If you break these Terms or misuse the service and that ends up costing us — say, a third-party claim or a legal bill — you agree to cover those reasonable costs and keep Honey Bee IPTV, our team, and our agents out of it.
13. Governing Law
These Terms fall under applicable international commercial law. If something goes sideways, the first move is to talk it through in good faith. If that doesn't sort it, the matter heads to binding arbitration.
14. Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms when something material shifts. When we do, we'll bump the "Last updated" date at the top. If you keep using the service after that, you're accepting the new version — so a quick re-read whenever the date changes is a smart habit.
15. Get In Touch
